Job summary

Teemore Engineering is seeking an European Sales Manager to grow international sales, manage distributors, and identify new business opportunities across overseas markets. Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful management in B2B sales within the European region.
• Extensive experience using CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
• Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, forecast sales performance, and inform strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams across different countries or regions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Ability to develop strategic plans, set clear goals, and motivate teams to exceed targets.
• Prior experience in developing new markets and expanding existing client portfolios is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop international markets through managing distributor and channel partner relationships.
• Identify new opportunities across target global markets and support distributors with product knowledge.
• Drive sales growth and market development across assigned territories.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
• Manage pipelines, forecasts, KPIs and partner performance.
• Work closely with internal teams on bespoke customer requirements.
• Represent the business at international exhibitions, trade shows and distributor events.
