Job summary

Edwards & Pearce is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to oversee the UK and European markets, manage the sales office, and work closely with production and technical teams. The role includes invoicing, export paperwork, and regular travel to discuss pricing and volumes with partners.

You will generate annual budgets, create monthly sales reports, and lead a small team while driving growth and maintaining customer relationships across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Export sales experience is essential.
• Degree level education preferred but not essential.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing and terms.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• Full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales office and supervise one Export Sales Administrator.
• Develop UK and European markets via agents, distributors and direct sales.
• Issue invoices and export paperwork.
• Travel to discuss pricing and volume for next year.
• Produce monthly sales reports and annual budgets.
