Qualifications

• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Price negotiation and coordinating internal support.

Responsibilities

• Manage national distributor accounts and provide support through multiple channels.
• Develop sales strategies with distributor management to hit targets.
• Visit distributors and end customers to support order closure.
• Provide quotations and process orders per procedures.
• Represent the organisation at national and international exhibitions.
• Arrange distributor/customer visits to Worcester facilities and gather feedback.
• Ensure distributors comply with export requirements.
• Build relationships with factories and Product Groups worldwide.
