Qualifications

• Experience leading cutover for SAP SuccessFactors deployments.
• Develop and govern end-to-end cutover strategy and governance.
• Coordinate training, communications and go-live readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall cutover strategy, approach, and governance framework.
• Create and manage detailed cutover plans, runbooks, checklists, dependencies, and timelines.
• Define cutover milestones, critical paths, and success criteria.
• Establish cutover governance processes, reporting mechanisms, and escalation procedures.
• Facilitate cutover planning workshops with project and business teams.
• Lead go-live readiness assessments and deployment reviews.
• Ensure all functional, technical, integration, security, and data migration activities are completed prior to deployment.
• Coordinate business readiness activities, including training, communications, and support planning.
• Identify and mitigate cutover risks, issues, and dependencies.

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Cutover Manager to lead and coordinate all cutover planning and execution activities for large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations and transformations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and governing the end-to-end cutover strategy, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy HR systems to SuccessFactors while minimizing business disruption.

Working closely with project managers, functional leads, technical teams, data migration specialists, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors, the Cutover Manager will ensure all deployment readiness activities are completed and that go-live events are executed successfully.

Key Responsibilities
