Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and mobilisation for a facilities services provider based in Southampton with nationwide travel.

You will manage projects from award to handover, coordinating plans, budgets, risks and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery. You'll work with deployment, service delivery and sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer onboarding, mobilisation or implementation projects.
• Strong project planning and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.
• Analytical, problem-solving and reporting abilities.
• Ability to manage several projects and changing priorities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proactive, self-motivated and detail-focused approach.
• Driving license and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from award through to successful handover.
• Agree project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, coordinating equipment, people and resources to meet agreed timescales.
• Work with deployment teams to coordinate operator training and equipment handover.
• Manage budgets, monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where needed.
• Act as the main customer contact throughout each project, providing progress updates and managing expectations.
• Chair project meetings and maintain clear project documentation, reports and status updates.
• Ensure contractual requirements, health and safety standards and site requirements are met.
• Complete project close-out, including customer sign-off, lessons learned and handover to service and account teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and customer onboarding.
