Job summary

Klipboard is hiring a Senior E‑commerce Implementation Consultant to own delivery from discovery to adoption. You will transform clients' digital commerce capabilities using modern platforms, automation, APIs, and AI-driven solutions to boost experience, efficiency and revenue.

You’ll collaborate with Professional Services, Product, Data & Integration, and Customer Success, mentoring colleagues and driving innovation through automation and AI. Hybrid work policy applies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end e‑commerce implementations.
• Demonstrable experience with B2B and/or B2C commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integration concepts and data exchange.
• Experience using automation platforms and workflow tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, Azure Logic Apps).
• Excellent client-facing consultancy and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead e‑commerce implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
• Configure e‑commerce platforms and integrations with ERP/CRM and third parties.
• Design and deliver automation solutions for onboarding, product management, orders and fulfilment.
• Apply AI technologies to improve efficiency, engagement and analytics.
• Mentor consultants and develop best practices in e‑commerce delivery.
