Conduct AI in London is seeking a senior commercial negotiator to own enterprise deals from negotiation to signing. You will sit across from procurement teams, shape offers within commercial strategy, and ensure clean handoffs to Finance and Legal.

You will lead end-to-end procurement, scope deals with AEs, own pricing models, draft order forms and renewals, and manage NDAs and redlines. The role suits a hands-on negotiator who thrives under pressure.

Qualificações

• Experience closing enterprise SaaS deals.
• Proven track record with corporate procurement teams.
• Strong pricing and contract negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working without a large support team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement negotiations end to end for large deals.
• Scope deals with AEs, mapping system landscapes and deal structures.
• Own pricing models including ramps and multi-year terms.
• Draft and review orders, change orders, and renewals.
• Handle NDAs, redlines and signatures as needed.
• Monitor expansions and renewals to stay ahead in conversations.
