Job summary

Conduct AI, based in London and NYC, seeks a technically oriented customer deployment leader. You will join strategic accounts early, run hands-on deployment, onboard hundreds of end users, and turn a single entry point into a multi-year partnership.

You will also directly influence the product roadmap to shape future platform growth. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of enterprise customer experience, deep ERP/complex software knowledge, and a strong commercial instinct to identify expansion

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Solid depth in enterprise tech, ERP, or comparably complex software.
• Real commercial instinct.
• A builder with genuine hunger.
• Low ego and self-aware.
