Conduct is seeking a senior commercial negotiator to own enterprise deals from negotiation onward, acting as the bridge between commercial, legal and finance. You will shape offers, sit across procurement teams, and ensure clean handoffs to Finance.

Qualificações

• Strong commercial negotiator with enterprise SaaS experience.
• Calm under pressure and numbers-driven.
• Able to draft and interpret commercial contracts.
• Experience leading negotiations with corporate procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end procurement negotiations for enterprise deals.
• Scope deals with AEs including system landscapes and deal structures.
• Own pricing models including ramps and multi-year terms.
• Draft orders, change orders, and renewals for review.
• Manage NDAs and standard redlines as part of the process.
