Client in London is seeking a Contracts Negotiator to support end-to-end contracting, from planning to signature, with post-signature reviews and vendor performance management. You will be the internal point of contact for contracting activities within procurement and will work closely with the Sourcing and Commercial Legal team.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing commercial contracts.
• Experience with SaaS, cybersecurity, and data privacy contracts is desirable.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements with precision.
• Strong understanding of contract law, data security and privacy requirements.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of procurement agreements including technology, security, and data privacy contracts.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, legal, and commercial risks with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve contract-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements throughout contracting.
