Job summary

Automation Anywhere in London, United Kingdom, seeks a highly experienced Principal Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, value realization, retention and expansion across a portfolio of enterprise customers in EMEA.

The role requires managing senior relationships, developing success plans, and leading governance programs with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and strong renewal performance.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Enterprise Software, SaaS or Consulting.
• Experience managing large enterprise/global accounts.
• Experience driving retention, NRR, expansion revenue and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across EMEA.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and develop customer success plans.
• Drive executive-level engagement, governance programs and renewal expansion.
• Ensure customers achieve targeted outcomes and expand platform utilization.
• Lead EBRs/QBRs and communicate outcomes to executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and act as voice of the customer.

Education

Bachelor degree

MBA/Masters preferred
