Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking Enterprise Architects to join our Team. The Enterprise Architecture Team is part of our pre‑sales organization focused on building credibility and trust with the technical leaders in our largest customers by developing cross‑functional strategies and solutions.

We act as technical leaders for our customers’ most complex solutions, designed to ensure that they can realize the value they need.

Qualifications

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving.
Ability to translate business needs into architecture proposals for senior stakeholders.
Proven track record influencing senior technology leaders in pre‑sales, customer, or delivery roles.
Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating across org units.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture engagements and communicate high‑level strategies to CIO/CTO audiences.
Articulate the value of ServiceNow's platform and drive workshops and educational sessions.
Interact with customers, partners and internal teams to deliver platform-based outcomes.
Identify opportunities and translate them into scalable architecture solutions.
Collaborate with Biz/Tech units to create best practices and white papers.
