Job summary

Our client in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect for a permanent hybrid role. You will shape the technology landscape, set high standards for security, resilience and performance, and drive the architecture vision across the organisation.

You will lead and inspire the architecture function, engage senior stakeholders and balance innovation with pragmatic delivery to support both current operations and future ambitions.

Qualifications

• Experience as Enterprise Architect or senior architecture leader.
• Broad technical experience across applications, data, integration, cloud and infrastructure.
• Strong experience developing technology strategies, roadmaps and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrable people leadership experience with coaching capability.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Our client an oil and gas company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect for a permanent position based in Aberdeen with hybrid working in place.

The role requires an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape the future of our enterprise technology landscape, ensuring our systems, data and infrastructure enable business growth while maintaining the highest standards of security, resilience and performance.

This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for defining and delivering the enterprise architecture vision across the organisation. You will develop technology roadmaps, establish architecture standards and provide technical direction that supports both current operations and future ambitions.

The role offers significant scope for Empowerment & Accountability, with responsibility for technical governance, vendor partnerships and architectural assurance across major programmes and business change initiatives. You will balance innovation with pragmatism, ensuring technology decisions support operational integrity and regulatory compliance.

• Knowledge of recognised architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
