Job summary

Babcock in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape the strategic technology direction across our national sites. You will influence enterprise-wide decisions by collaborating with senior leaders to align technology investments with business objectives and define the future landscape.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on architecture leadership, including roadmaps, governance, and modernisation initiatives, while supporting national infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• TOGAF, MCSE, CCNA or equivalent certifications (desirable).
• SC security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent enterprise architecture in executive forums, providing insight and recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
• Create and present enterprise architecture roadmaps that align technology capabilities to business goals.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance across technology domains.
• Contributing architectural insight to the prioritisation of technology projects, programmes, and investments.
• Identifying opportunities to improve, simplify, standardise, and modernise the technology landscape.
