Job summary

Orion Group in Aberdeen is recruiting an experienced Enterprise Architect on a STAFF basis to shape the future of the organisation's technology landscape. The role focuses on defining roadmaps, governance and architectural standards to enable business growth across systems, data and infrastructure.

You will lead a team of specialists, influence senior stakeholders, and drive secure, resilient technology decisions in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Enterprise Architect or senior architecture leadership role.
• Broad technical expertise across applications, data, integration, cloud and infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of recognised architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of the enterprise technology landscape and ensure systems, data and infrastructure enable business growth.
• Develop technology roadmaps, establish architecture standards and provide technical direction.
• Lead and develop a team of technical specialists while fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
• Translate complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes for stakeholders at all levels.
• Balance innovation with pragmatism, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational integrity.
