Job summary

Orbis Investment Management Limited is seeking an Enterprise Architect to shape and guide its platform strategy across investment, business and technology teams. You will drive business capability maps, target operating models and an enterprise roadmap with real business impact.

You will work closely with investment leadership to translate strategy into delivery, set architecture guardrails, and advance the use of AI to optimise systems and processes while maintaining regulatory discipline.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business architecture or enterprise architecture.
• Led or driven large-scale architecture transformation programs.
• Proven asset management knowledge and familiarity with capital markets.
• Strong capability modelling and target operating models.
• Excellent influencing and facilitation with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Orbis’ business capability maps, target-state views and enterprise roadmap.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture principles, standards and guardrails.
• Align platform strategy with business and investment leadership.
• Translate enterprise direction into pillar-facing guidance and drive delivery.
• Drive vendor RFPs and technology assessments with an architecture lens.
• Identify gaps and dependencies early and drive resolution.
• Champion the adoption of AI within the architecture function.
