Qualifications

• Experience bridging business strategy with technical delivery across large organisations.
• Ability to define and evolve technology roadmaps and architecture standards.
• Experience in evaluating and governing AI technologies responsibly, securely and at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the banks technology architecture aligned to business objectives and priorities.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams and stakeholders to share knowledge and foster continuous improvement.
• Lead technologists, business and operations teams to align business and technology strategy and standards.
• Assess new technologies to address current and future business needs with governance and compliance in mind.
• Balance requirements from compliance, governance, security and funding while maintaining alignment with customer outcomes.
• Monitor performance, resiliency and stability of applications and communicate findings to stakeholders.
