Job summary

Orbis is seeking an Enterprise Architect to translate business strategy into capability maps and an aligned architecture roadmap across business, data, and technology. You will influence senior leadership, drive multi-year transformation programs, and shape platform strategy with a strong focus on asset management and capital markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business architecture and enterprise architecture with a track record of turning strategy into roadmaps that get delivered.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation in a regulated financial services context.
• Experience in asset management or related financial services with knowledge of the sector's vendor and technology landscape.
• Strong grounding in capability modelling, value stream mapping and target operating models.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align enterprise direction with business leadership.
• Track record driving standard adoption across federated organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own Orbis’ business capability maps, target-state views and enterprise roadmap, and drive adoption across change programs.
• Contribute to architecture principles, standards and guardrails at enterprise level and ensure delivery against them.
• Drive alignment with business and investment leadership on platform strategy and requirements.
• Translate enterprise direction into pillar-facing guidance and push it through to delivery.
• Lead vendor RFPs and technology assessments with a business-architecture perspective.
• Flag gaps, blockers and dependencies early and drive resolution.
• Advise on adopting AI within the architecture to evolve systems and ways of working.
