Job summary

Qurated is seeking a strategic Head of Architecture to define and drive enterprise architecture for a growing international banking platform. Reporting to the CTO and collaborating with the COO, you will lead a team of about nine architects and act as the senior architecture authority across the organisation.

You will craft a unified architectural vision, align technology delivery with business goals, and guide standards across banking and payments environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head of Architecture or Chief Architect in banking or financial services.
• TOGAF-based environment expertise is required.
• Cloud-native architecture and AI familiarity are desirable.
• Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive enterprise architecture strategy across the organisation.
• Establish and evolve architecture governance, standards, and frameworks.
• Ensure architecture decisions align with long-term business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of architects and provide strategic direction across technology domains.
• Provide architectural leadership across international payments, FX platforms, and banking operations.
• Design scalable platforms for cross-border payments with resilience and compliance.
• Drive innovation initiatives, exploring AI-embedded operational processes and services.
• Evaluate agentic AI architectures and future-state intelligence models with business leaders.
• Establish architecture frameworks and governance models to promote best practices.
• Drive consistency across business, data, application, and technology architecture domains, using TOGAF.
