Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a senior Client-facing Account Director for a major Fulfilment account in Manchester. You’ll be the primary contact for client operations, owning governance, escalations and end-to-end delivery across warehouse, transport, IT and ISC.

You will influence commercial terms, drive data-driven reporting, and collaborate with THG leadership to align on strategic priorities and aggressive delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Client-facing account management experience with enterprise clients.
• Strong data and reporting capability from raw operational data.
• Working understanding of EDI and integration concepts.
• Ability to engage executives and steer cross-functional teams.
• Proven capability to influence internal teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary THG point of contact for client operations, governance and commercial on the account.
• Lead governance calendar with regular client Cadence and weekly reviews.
• Own end-to-end escalations and ensure timely, credible updates to THG and client leaders.
• Provide platform and project oversight across warehouse, transport, IT and ISC.
