Job summary

The London Stock Exchange is seeking an Engineering Programme Delivery Lead to drive a major technology programme across multiple engineering teams, products and platforms. You will partner with engineering and product leaders to convert objectives into coordinated delivery commitments.

Experience presenting delivery status to senior leadership and board audiences.

Establish a credible programme plan grounded in work, priorities and capacity of participating teams.
Identify and actively manage cross-team dependencies and sequencing.
Lead collaborative delivery across engineering and product functions to achieve end-to-end outcomes.
Monitor delivery progress, challenge assumptions and coordinate practical interventions.
Continually improve how work is coordinated while balancing constraints and risks.
