• Track record of defining multi-year platform roadmaps and governance across teams.
• Experience establishing ownership for shared components and managing cross-team dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor senior engineers and technical leaders to grow organizational capability.
• Define and govern platform target-state architectures and roadmaps.
• Align architecture standards across Principal, Solution and Enterprise Architects.
