Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group seeks an Engineering Programme Delivery Lead to drive a major technology programme across multiple engineering teams and platforms. You will align backlogs, manage capacity and deliver end-to-end outcomes with senior leadership visibility.

You'll partner with engineering and product leaders, resolve dependencies and balance priorities amidst business risks, delivering sustainable improvements and tangible results for financial markets infrastructure.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating complex technology delivery across multiple teams.
Proven programme delivery across products/platforms with dependencies.
Strong planning and dependency management linking objectives to backlogs.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
Familiar with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, GitLab or Asana.

Responsibilities

Integrated Delivery Planning — establish a credible programme plan grounded in work, priorities and capacity of participating engineering teams.
Dependencies & Prioritisation — identify and manage cross-team dependencies, sequencing and competing demands.
Collaborative Delivery Leadership — build partnerships across engineering, product and other functions to resolve problems and deliver outcomes.
Delivery Confidence & Intervention — maintain evidence-based progress and risks, present clear assessments to senior leaders.
Sustainable Delivery & Improvement — ensure plans remain realistic and continually improve delivery without bureaucracy.
