Job summary

Sofina Foods Europe is seeking an Engineering Contracts Manager to source, negotiate and manage engineering goods and services, delivering maximum value across the business. You will work with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Operations and Legal to oversee the full contract lifecycle and build strong supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract, procurement or commercial management within engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships, governance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Managing full lifecycle of engineering service and supply contracts.
• Negotiating new contracts, renewals and supplier agreements.
• Leading tendering, RFQ and competitive bidding processes.
• Building relationships with strategic engineering suppliers.
• Monitoring supplier performance via SLAs and KPIs; driving CI.
• Managing contractual risks, variations and disputes.
• Producing supplier performance reports for decision-making.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Legal.
