Sofina Foods Europe is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a skilled engineering team, ensure safe and reliable support to manufacturing operations, and drive continuous improvement. You will operate on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, coordinating activities across primary and supporting sites.

Ideal candidates will have a strong electrical and mechanical background, FMCG experience, and proven leadership in fast-paced production environments, with excellent planning and problem-solving

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven electrical and mechanical engineering knowledge across disciplines.
• Experience as an engineering leader in FMCG, food manufacturing, or fast-paced production.
• Confident in leading teams, managing performance and developing engineering capability.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities within manufacturing.
• Proficient in using CMMS and analysing downtime data to improve performance.
• Strong communicator with planning and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work rotating 4 on / 4 off days and nights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Engineers and an Asset Care Operative.
• Coordinate reactive, preventative and planned maintenance activities.
• Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support fault finding, root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate engineering downtime reporting and CMMS data management.
• Work with Production, Hygiene and site teams to minimise disruption.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and engineering standards.
• Deputise for the Engineering Manager when required.
