Job summary

Found Food & Drink, a growing manufacturer in the health/nutrition sector, seeks an experienced Procurement Manager. You will own a complex function, manage a team of three, and oversee international suppliers across Europe and Asia.

Qualifications

• At least five years in procurement, purchasing or supply chain with leadership.
• Manufacturing background in nutraceuticals/food/drink or similar
• Experience managing budgets of £12–15 million with measurable cost savings.
• Strong in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management and tendering.
• Experience with international supply chains and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement strategy across raw materials, packaging and indirect spend (~£12–15m).
• Lead and develop a team of three purchasing professionals.
• Manage international supplier network; strengthen resilience and performance.
• Deliver cost savings and favourable commercial terms through strategic sourcing.
• Lead tendering, contract reviews, and supplier negotiations; explore new partnerships.
• Oversee import/export compliance and supplier risk management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Finance, Quality and others to enable growth.
• Introduce improved procurement processes, reporting and KPIs.
