Job summary

Johnson Controls OpenBlue seeks an Energy Manager to partner with customers and deliver value across the entire lifecycle. You will drive onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and growth, acting as a trusted advisor and coordinating with product teams to close feedback loops.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC/building automation or energy management, strong communication, and project management in a matrix organization. Up to 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HVAC or energy management domains.
• Experience delivering user training and product demonstrations.
• Excellent communication with customers and partners at senior levels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in a multi-customer portfolio.
• UK work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end value for OpenBlue solutions to customers.
• Onboard customers, conduct kickoff calls, define success metrics.
• Provide training, product tours, and support resources to customers.
• Monitor adoption, usage analytics, and value realization.
• Lead customer reviews and feedback loops with product teams.
