Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is required.
• Strong customer relationship management experience with enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience delivering training, product demonstrations, and handling operational questions.
• Ability to lead within a matrix organization and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end value for OpenBlue solutions across the customer lifecycle.
• Participate in kickoff calls, understand customer goals, and train users on value metrics.
• Act as a trusted advisor, monitor adoption, and drive value creation with customers.
• Coordinate with product and commercial teams to reflect customer feedback and issues.
• Manage multiple customers, maintain action plans, and track success metrics.
