G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Employment Partner to lead and grow its Employment Law practice based in Telford and across Shropshire. The role requires strong leadership, business development and a track record of delivering practical employment law advice to employers and employees.

The successful candidate will shape the practice, manage a broad caseload, and work closely with colleagues to drive growth and client service excellence in the region.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 6+ PQE in Employment Law.
• Proven track record in leading an employment team and growing a practice.
• Strong business development and client relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Employment Law practice in Telford and Shropshire.
• Manage a broad caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Advise on tribunals, TUPE, redundancies and settlements, contracts and handbooks.
• Develop strategic advice and research for complex disputes.
• Build relationships with clients, referrers and contacts; drive BD initiatives.
• Mentor junior lawyers and support staff; contribute to departmental strategy.
