Qualifications

• An experienced Employment Partner or senior employment lawyer with a strong reputation in the market.
• Demonstrable experience advising employers across a broad range of employment and HR matters.
• Commercially minded with ability to develop client relationships and generate opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the employment offering across Wales and the South West.
• Act as principal employment law adviser for business clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a growth strategy for the employment practice.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and generate new business.
• Champion the employment team internally and foster cross‑practice collaboration.
• Represent the firm at business events and professional networks.
• Mentor lawyers within the team and develop future talent.
