Job summary

WTW is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support end-to-end ER case management across Health, Wealth and Career, Risk and Broking, and Corporate segments in GB. You will partner with ER Specialists and Leads to assist managers and develop HR guidance, tools, templates and approaches that align with policy and employment law.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR with focus on Employee Relations, policies/processes and coaching managers.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law including TUPE, mergers and acquisitions, and collective consultation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, initiative and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end case management for disciplinary, performance, grievances, absence, and exit processes.
• Develop consultative relationships with managers to identify ER issues and drive resolution.
• Advise on HR policies, law, and best practices; keep up to date with Employment Law.
• Support projects and analyse data to identify ER trends and ensure due diligence on TUPE and redundancies.
• Guide meetings and chairing, including preparation and conclusion of discussions.
• Identify training needs to foster a constructive ER culture and fair practices.
• Provide cross-team support for ER projects and peak periods within HR.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and HRBPs across GB on regulatory issues.
