Qualifications

• Strong experience in frontline trade union relations and driving change in unionised environments.
• Excellent relationship management, advisory skills, and awareness of HR generalist issues.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver change with a pragmatic, commercial focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Line Managers, People Partners, Trade Unions and Employee Representatives to support and execute business change.
• Provide ER guidance and align workplace practices with legislative requirements to maximise performance.
• Develop and deliver the ER plan for the Bristol site in coordination with leadership and unions.
• Advise on activities requiring collective engagement and ensure risk is minimised.
