Rolls-Royce in Bristol invites an Employee Relations Advisor to join the UK ER team. Hybrid role, partnering with managers, People Partners and Trade Unions to guide ER practices and change initiatives across the Bristol site.

You will align workplace practices with company and legal requirements, delivering pragmatic, business-focused solutions while supporting productivity improvements in a transforming organisation.

Competenze

• Experience operating on the front line of trade union relations and driving change within unionised environments.
• Strong relationship-building, consultative and advisory skills across all levels.
• Credible, influencing stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Broad change management capabilities with project management application.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a regional/UK team.
• Ability to interpret employment law impacts on HR/business strategies.

Mansioni

• Develop and deliver the ER plan for the Bristol site in alignment with business leadership and unions.
• Provide ER guidance to Line Managers, People Partners and Trade Unions.
• Advise on activities requiring collective engagement and ensure legal compliance.
• Support statutory consultation processes to enable good employee relations.
• Collaborate with People Teams across Bristol to address client group needs.
