Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor for Bristol (Hybrid). The role sits within the UK Employee Relations team and focuses on implementing ER plans, advising on approaches for groups and individuals, and collaborating with Line Managers, People Partners and Trade Unions.

You will align workplace practices with legal requirements, support organisational change, and work with regional and UK teams to drive performance in a transforming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience on the front line of trade union relations and driving change in unionised environments.
• Strong relationship-building, consultative and advisory skills.
• Good understanding of HR generalist issues and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Bristol ER plan in coordination with business leaders, People Partners and Trade Unions.
• Provide ER guidance, ensure compliance, risk minimisation and statutory consultation when required.
• Collaborate with Bristol site People teams to understand client group needs and provide support.
