Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Bristol is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join the UK Employee Relations team on a hybrid basis. You will align workplace practices with business and legal requirements, work with Trade Unions, and provide advisory ER support to leaders and People Partners.

The role focuses on delivering change, managing collective engagement, and supporting the transformation agenda across the Bristol site within a regional team.

Qualifications

• Experience on the front line of union relations and driving change in a unionised environment.
• Ability to align workplace practices with legal and business requirements.
• Strong advisory, consultative and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Bristol ER plan in collaboration with leadership and Trade Unions.
• Provide pragmatic ER guidance to improve productivity and standardisation.
• Advise on statutory consultation and liaise with legal representatives to minimise risk.
• Support People Teams across the Bristol site on ER issues and multiple activities.
