Job summary

Pertemps Bristol Commercial is recruiting two HR Advisors in Bristol for an ER-heavy role. You will manage a busy employee relations caseload, advise managers on HR and ER matters, and handle grievances and absence management, with travel between Bristol sites as needed.

This hands-on role involves supporting a friendly HR team, with hybrid working and clear career progression opportunities within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR focusing on employee relations and case management.
• Ability to handle a varied caseload including grievances and absence management.
• Strong advisory support to managers on HR/ER matters.
• Confident working independently and collaboratively in a team.
