Job summary

Culina Group is seeking an ER Partner to lead a team of ER Specialists, delivering high-quality employee relations support across the business. The role blends operational ER case management with leadership responsibilities, coaching, change management, and strategic risk oversight.

You will influence ER decisions with HR, Legal and senior stakeholders, drive culture change, and ensure robust documentation and reporting of ER metrics.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practices.
• Experience managing ER teams and complex cases in a multi-site environment.
• Experience in tribunal management and bundle build.
• Confidence in complex TUPE processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ER Specialists, coaching and feedback to build capability.
• Oversee complex ER cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy.
• Monitor ER trends and proactively implement strategies to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, and senior stakeholders to influence ER decisions.
• Drive cultural change initiatives and support organisational projects related to ER.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of ER metrics for leadership review.
• Represent ER in union consultations and negotiations where required.
• Role model company values and maintain team morale during periods of change.
• Influence development of ER policy & tools
• Support the capability upskill of operational manager skills in ER.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Expert knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practices.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing ER teams and complex cases in a multi-site environment.
• Experience in tribunal management & bundle build
• Confidence in complex TUPE processes
