Job summary

CDW is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide timely, legally robust ER support across the business. You will collaborate with ER partners, HRBPs, HRSS, Payroll, and Legal to resolve cases with compliant outcomes and reduce risk.

The role emphasizes advisory leadership, support for disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters, and contribution to ER process improvements while upholding organisational values and fairness.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on management of complex employee relations cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employment rights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, timely, legally robust ER support across the business.
• Manage discipline, grievance, absence, performance, probation and related processes with evidence-based recommendations.
• Draft correspondence, support hearings, and update case management systems.
• Assist in TUPE, redundancy and restructures as part of change management.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal and ER partners to deliver compliant outcomes and insights.
• Contribute to ER policy improvement, templates, and tooling.
