Job summary

Spinwell Ltd is seeking an Employee Development Lead for a 12-month contract. The role is Hybrid/West Burton with three days on site. You will manage employee relations programs, guide managers on ER issues, and lead projects to enhance HR policies and compliance.

Experience in learning and development and strong facilitation are essential. Responsibilities include investigations, reporting on ER trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve workplace practices.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programmes within a complex organisation.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering workshops, training programmes, onboarding activities and development interventions.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms, including reporting, learner engagement and content administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues, including workplace conflicts, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate ER Project Plans and assist with Projects.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance within ER Law Policies and local employment laws and regulations.
• Liaise with stakeholders and respond to queries within agreed Service Line Agreements.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on employee relations trends and issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
