Job summary

Spinwell Ltd is recruiting a Strategic Workforce Planning & People Analytics Lead for a 6-month contract in Salisbury. Hybrid role with 60% on-site time. The post requires SC clearance and a focus on workforce planning, analytics and governance to guide executive decisions.

The role emphasises development of workforce forecasts, governance of RMOM and building data-driven insights for senior stakeholders across HR and transformation domains.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Strategic Workforce Planning within a complex organisation.
• Experience developing workforce strategies, supply/demand models and forecasts.
• Strong people analytics capability including dashboards, trend analysis and reporting.
• Experience conducting capability assessments and risk analysis.
• Experience presenting to senior/executive stakeholders.
• Experience implementing workforce operating models and transformation programmes.
• Governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate data into practical workforce interventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience across HR, OD and transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance and publication of the client’s Strategic Workforce Plan.
• Develop workforce supply and demand forecasts.
• Undertake capability assessments and risk analysis.
• Conduct scenario planning and workforce modelling.
• Present recommendations to Executive stakeholders.
• Support workforce prioritisation and investment decisions.
• Lead people analytics and workforce insight capability.
• Produce dashboards, reports and analytical products.
• Deliver forecasting, trend analysis and workforce research.
• Develop governance arrangements and operating procedures.
