Job summary

Isio is seeking an experienced Client Manager to own end-to-end relationships for its Employee Benefits clients. You will act as trusted adviser, shape long-term account strategy, drive revenue growth, and ensure an exceptional client experience across the journey.

You will coordinate EB teams, develop reward strategies, and expand client relationships while maintaining knowledge of Isio's services, including design, wellbeing, DC pensions, benefits technology and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Benefits or human capital management industry, with awareness of benefits technology.
• Proven ability to build, own and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience shaping and executing account strategies to drive client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships across a portfolio of EB clients and coordinate internal teams as needed.
• Develop and maintain client reward strategies to help clients achieve people goals.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative support and expanding client relationships.
• Maintain understanding of EB services including design, wellbeing, DC pensions, tech and engagement.
• Champion the voice of the client to improve the journey, lead escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
• Drive client advocacy, satisfaction and renewals with proactive relationship management.
• Develop and maintain account plans and BAU toolkits; lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Stay up to date with market trends, regulations and changes impacting reward strategies.
