Job summary

Isio seeks a Client Manager to own end-to-end relationships with Employee Benefits clients, acting as the trusted adviser and single point of accountability. You will drive revenue growth and retain contracts while coordinating Isio's EB teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will shape long-term account strategy, respond to evolving client needs, and champion the voice of the client to improve the overall journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Benefits or HCM industries is required.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship for Isio EB clients and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain client reward strategies and act as strategic partner.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and contract renewals through proactive management.
