Job summary

Isio's Employee Benefits team seeks a Client Manager to own end-to-end client relationships, advising on strategy and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of EB clients. You will coordinate Isio EB teams, shape account plans, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews, delivering exceptional client experiences.

This role focuses on expanding client relationships, renewals, and long-term partnerships across the UK, with hybrid working and clear career progression within Isio’s fast-growing platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Benefits, health & wellbeing, or HCM industry.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience shaping and executing account strategies to grow revenue and renewals.
• Proven commercial acumen with a track record of expanding client relationships.
• Adept at responding to client changes and translating insights into proactive actions.
• Experience leading high-risk escalations with clear direction.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client relationships across EB portfolio.
• Coordinate Isio EB teams to deliver client value.
• Develop and maintain client reward strategies aligned to client goals.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative support and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews covering objectives and market trends.
• Maintain up-to-date client account plans and BAU toolkits.
• Champion client voice to improve NPS and client journey.
