Job summary

Isio welcomes an experienced Client Manager to own end-to-end relationships with Employee Benefits clients, acting as trusted adviser and single point of accountability. The role focuses on retention, expansion, and shaping long-term account strategy.

You will drive revenue growth, coord ine internal EB teams, and champion the client journey across rewards, wellbeing, pensions and benefits services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Employee Benefits, health & wellbeing, or the HCM industry.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience shaping and executing account strategies to grow revenue.
• Strong commercial acumen with long-term contract renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships across a portfolio of EB clients.
• Develop and maintain client reward strategies.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative support.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic objectives and insights.
• Coordinate internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when needed.
