Mixpanel is seeking a People Partner to support the EMEA region from London with a hybrid working model. You will partner with business leaders and managers, providing HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle to build strong teams and a great employee experience.

The ideal candidate brings broad HR knowledge, EQ, judgment, and experience consulting managers to drive business results in fast-paced environments. This role sits within the Go-To-Market aligned People function.

Qualifikationen

• Broad understanding of HR and employment practices across EMEA.
• Experience consulting leaders and driving business results as a People Partner.
• Knowledge across talent management, employee relations, compensation, and HR policy.
• Strong organizational, detail orientation, and self-starter approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Aufgaben

• Partner with people managers across EMEA to support high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with People Team to design and deliver programs that improve the employee experience.
• Contribute to change management strategy from planning to communications.
• Monitor feedback channels and drive initiatives to improve employee experience.
• Resolve employee relations matters balancing company and stakeholder needs.
• Maintain awareness of HR standards and regulatory environments across EMEA.
