Job summary

Airbox Fulfilment LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager – Ecommerce to take ownership of a portfolio of our largest ecommerce brands and ensure exceptional service levels. You will focus on strategic relationships, mentoring colleagues, and resolving complex operational challenges.

Working closely with Warehouse Operations, Brand Operations Managers and the Client Services team, you will drive proactive, commercially focused service delivery and help clients scale with our

Qualifications

• Significant experience in ecommerce account management or client services for leading brands.
• Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) and complex operational environments.
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs, build relationships with stakeholders and mentor colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value ecommerce clients and act as senior escalation point.
• Build trusted relationships through regular reviews and strategic planning.
• Support promotional launches, peak events, and business growth with operations teams.
• Coach and develop junior Account Managers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Finance to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
