Job summary

TurnerFox Recruitment is seeking an Ecommerce Account Executive to join a busy ecommerce and fulfilment environment in Mansfield. You will be the day-to-day contact for customers, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure requests are actioned and communicated clearly.

Ideal candidates are organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while developing strong relationships with customers and supporting the wider ecommerce and project teams as workloads vary.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, fulfilment, logistics, account support, customer service or operations.
• Organised, proactive communication with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day customer queries and account requests.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure requirements are actioned and documented.
• Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
• Supporting the wider ecommerce and project teams when workloads increase.
• Maintaining accurate account information, reporting and documentation.
• Monitoring quotations, costs and completed work as required.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make things work better.
• Bringing customer feedback and insights back to the wider team.
