Job summary

Yours Clothing in Cambridge is seeking a trading-focused Ecommerce Specialist to work with the E-commerce team and Director to devise the online trading plan, promotions, category priority, and new content delivery on time and within budget.

You will lead trading initiatives to keep AK Retail brands competitive while upholding core brand values, and drive campaigns, localisation, and digital marketing across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Fashion Retail experience
• 2+ years E-commerce/Digital Marketing experience
• Commercial awareness and market insight
• Technical understanding of ecommerce platforms & digital channels
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
• Analytical and reporting skills to drive decisions
• Strong team communication and collaboration
• Self-motivated with initiative and resilience
• Ability to adapt to frequent change and high-pressure environments

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends and inform actions
• Plan and activate trading strategy across markets and calendars
• Plan and execute brand campaigns to Drive awareness and growth across Europe
• Brief and supervise trading communications tailored to each market
• Manage digital marketing across all channels to grow revenue and profitability
• Oversee translation/localisation to ensure relevant and commercial content
• Analyze ecommerce performance and work with tech/trading teams to improve UX and conversions
• Budget planning and management aligned with company expectations
