Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc, on behalf of our client, seeks an Ecommerce Trading & Content Coordinator for a premium footwear retailer. You will manage day-to-day trading and content on the website, update the homepage, create landing pages and run promotional campaigns to keep the site commercially focused.

You'll analyse website performance and customer behaviour, support SEO activity, and use insights to boost conversion and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, ideally fashion/retail.
• Understanding of online trading, digital merchandising and customer experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive online performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ecommerce trading and content on the website.
• Update homepage and create landing pages; run promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.
• Execute online visual merchandising to ensure commercial optimisation.
• Analyse website performance and customer behaviour to inform improvements.
• Support SEO activity and leverage insights to improve conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Creative teams to support the online trading strategy.
