Job summary

EKFB is seeking a Head of Disciplines in Milton Keynes to lead and coordinate structures & drainage, geotechnical and rail systems, and environmental discipline teams. You will ensure technical competence, drive cross-discipline handover documentation, and manage key stakeholder relationships with design consultants and client representatives.

The role requires Chartered status or equivalent, extensive project management experience on major engineering schemes, and the ability to lead teams

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or related discipline required.
• Chartered status (CEng MICE) or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead multi-discipline teams on major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate structures & drainage, geotechnical, rail systems, and environmental disciplines.
• Drive programme delivery across disciplines and manage handover documentation.
• Maintain reporting to senior leadership and manage resource levels.
